Near the mouth of the Helford River can be found this pretty village with it's olde worlde thatched pub, a number of shops and restaurants, award winning gardens at Trebah, Glendurgan and Carwinion are minutes away, as are numerous outstanding walks along the river banks, some leading to enchanting coves and beaches.
